I’ve mentioned my writing notebooks a lot over the past five years. I’ve written blog posts and regularly created YouTube videos about them because I am SO enthusiastic about having this simple creative tool at my disposal.
Writing in a writing notebook has been the best thing I have done for my writing and writing business. The BEST thing. Everything I have created, everything I’ve written and the direction I’ve taken with my writing has all begun life within the pages of my writing notebook. Not only that, but the mindset blocks that have tripped me up time and time again, have been deciphered in my writing notebooks. This has enabled me to understand myself that little bit better and to move forward, taking tiny steps out of my comfort zone to do scary creative things like my Journaling Your Goals workbook, creating an account on Medium, starting a Membership Club, making progress with my book proposal, starting this Substack and becoming monetised on YouTube.
